Alturas Capital Partners Acquires 1725 E. 1st Street in Idaho Falls 

Eagle, ID, February 2, 2026 — Alturas Capital Partners today announced the acquisition of 1725 E. 1st Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. The single-tenant property currently leased to Walgreens totals 14,820 square feet and sits on approximately 1.61 acres 

The acquisition aligns with Alturas Capital Partners’ focus on  properties that generate strong cash flow in growing markets. Located on the corner of E. 1st Street and Woodruff Avenue, Walgreens benefits from strong visibility in one of Idaho Falls’ busiest retail corridors supported by surrounding residential neighborhoods. The property is also adjacent to another Alturas owned property, creating additional efficiencies within the portfolio.
