Alturas Capital Partners Buys Retail Asset in Billings, Marking Its First Investment in Montana

Billings, Montana – April 28, 2026 – Alturas Capital Partners, an Idaho-based real estate investment company, has purchased 905 S. 24th Street West in Billings. The 100,800-square-foot retail building marks Alturas Capital Partners’ first investment in Billings and in the state of Montana. 

The property sits on roughly eight acres at the corner of King Avenue West and S. 24th Street West, just off Interstate-90 and a mile from Rimrock Mall. Neighbors include Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and TJ Maxx, making the West End one of Billings’ busiest shopping destinations.
