Alturas Capital Partners Acquires 12th and Wall Site in Ogden, Utah, Announces Planned Retail Development

Alturas Capital Partners, together with its partners, has completed the acquisition of the property located at the northeast corner of 12th Street and Wall Avenue in Ogden, Utah. The firm plans to develop the 14-acre site into a neighborhood-oriented retail and mixed-use center.
The partnership is working in collaboration with retailers, the City of Ogden, and other stakeholders to ensure the property is developed into the asset the community deserves after many years of underutilization.
