Boise, Idaho – October 4, 2024 – Alturas Capital Partners, an Idaho-based real estate investment and operating company, has successfully completed the acquisition of 415 N Maple Grove, an industrial property located in Boise, Idaho.
The industrial property spans 45,000 square feet and sits on 5.5 acres of land. It is under a new 10-year single-tenant triple-net lease, providing immediate cash flow and long-term stability to the portfolio. The tenant, Enviro-Tech Industries, specializes in precision machining, fabrication, and assembly, utilizing advanced technology and equipment to serve industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and robotics.
