
Southern Colorado's largest neurology group renews lease in Colorado Springs
A group that calls itself the largest neuroscience and spine practice in southern Colorado has signed an extension for its Colorado Springs location.
Colorado Springs Neurological Associates renewed its lease for 15,045 square feet at the North Creek I building at 5725 Mark Dabling Road. The building is owned by Alturas Capital Partners, a private real estate investment firm out of Idaho.
The property is located within the North Creek Office Complex, a three-building office park totaling roughly 324,000 square feet along Mark Dabling Boulevard at Interstate 25.
North Creek I is a two-story building constructed in 1984, totaling about 110,795 square feet. The complex features a recently renovated atrium and lobby, a fitness center, a conference center, on-site property management and full perimeter glass offering Front Range views.
Alturas owns over a dozen properties in the Colorado Springs area, according to CoStar data.
